Preparation Tips
Physical Training
Start training 2-3 months before. Focus on cardio, leg strength, and hiking with a weighted backpack.
Altitude Acclimatization

Break In Your Boots
Wear your hiking boots for several weeks before the trek to avoid blisters and ensure comfort.

Altitude Sickness Prevention
- Ascend gradually (pole pole - slowly slowly)
- Drink 3-4 liters of water daily
- Consider Diamox (consult doctor)
- Avoid alcohol and sleeping pills
